What’s interesting is that at home, I use teams logged in under my work account, and none of this worked. I even found the cache folder and cleared it out. Nada.

I’m not sure. I didn’t even have the folders, so I created them.
Once I did, I had that option. It could be your IT dept, if you’re using a work account, hasn’t allowed any fun stuff.
My corp IT dept had everything locked down at first, but when we all went to work from home, all features seem to be available.
So I navigated to the folder he mentioned. I had to add the “Backgrounds” and “Uploads” folders.
I copied some of my photos in there and fired up teams. Logged into my morning meeting early and tested it. It works pretty well!
