This Week in Overdone Legends Tropes
As if that wasn’t bad enough, Sara also decides that they’re going to keep Lily Stein alive because she’s part of the family now, too.
From what I remember, her Oliver died in the boat crash, and his father became the Arrow. She might have still known him, though.
Black Siren was already on Earth-1. She's trapped in Barry's Gulag for Metas.
They actually had to track Prometheus twice for some reason (no narrative economy for THESE writers!). The first was tracing the chemical to the factory, where they found the ashes (was it even in a container? Did they just see a pile of dust and say, "we gotta take that with us!"), which I guess was supposed to lead…
And let me get one thing straight…
The most baffling part of this episode was the part where they find out Prometheus knows who they are, so they decide to camp out in the Arrow Cave. I mean, not only does Evelyn know where it is and how to get in, even if she didn't, every single bad guy in this show has walked right in at least once…
RIP HUNTER: You can't do that!! What about the Timeline??
I mean, not to defend The Flash, since you know they're just dragging it out for Drama Reasons™, but it was Christmas night. It's not like the stabbing was imminent. Let her at least enjoy the holiday with her family before telling her she's going to die next May.
YES. She spear-headed the "Don't tell Wally he's way more advanced than Barry" initiative earlier this season.
I would have been happy if it had been Evelyn. She actually deserves it for her decision to betray an occasional (if well-intentioned) killer for an even bigger (kills random innocents for sport) killer.
I agree with all that (except the Laurel bit).
Sure, but…how do we know they WEREN'T there for four years?
I have to admit, that was a classic "Drugging the Vodka" camera angle they used when she walked to the wet bar.
This Week in Overdone Arrow Tropes:
I do. I mind that. They're also all bulletproof.
You know, that could be an interesting storyline for next year…
It's even worse on Flash, because they keep recycling the same villain.
BARRY: Merry Christmas, Iris! My gift to you is you get to move in with me. I know we didn't discuss it or anything, but hey: you're welcome.
I wonder how many Harry Potter cast members they went through before they found one that said yes.
