This post blew my mind in the same way that Kubrick or Terrance Malick would. Cause I just kept reading the same statement over and over, not getting it, until finally something clicked and I was like “Oh shit! Oh shit! Wow!!!”

How I read the OP was that the teacher had a bunch of southern/redneck type students, students they thought would grow up and be like the asshole harassing the Parkland survivors, and they wanted to instill more empathy into their students so they don’t grow up to be assholes.

I mean...so when Clooney and Damon said they had no idea about Weinstein and people were shitting on them for doing nothing, were you one of the people on the boards supporting their story? I sorta though complicity wasn’t about sex, just people willing to look the other way or pretend to not know.
