Didn’t do them everyday. Did do more variations. Can tell that my upper abdomen muscles are stronger. I stand up straighter, too. Planks were already part of my generic work out plan before April. Will continue to do various planks in the future.

Love liverwurst. It’s disgusting. I know that. But it’s so yummy! Sadly I’ve only ever had the stuff wrapped in plastic at the grocery stores.

I was, and still am, so angry that I forgot to check for real front pockets when I bought jeans last time. Even worse, they are now my favorite pair and I still keep trying to use the fake front pockets.

I agree with using gloves to mitigate the heat. Plus, really nasty stuff never touches my hands.

Most likely she shared them with everyone she knew and random strangers who weren’t fat shaming dirt bags.

They do pay very high malpractice insurance fees.

I fold over a yoga mat to give my elbows some cushion.

I can eat whatever I want so long as it doesn’t contain refined sugar and I lose weight. It works. Keeping refined sugar out of my reach is the only problem.

Since I have to work the evening shift we’ll probably do Valentine’s brunch at home. Quiche is most likely.

Doesn’t matter if I get the flu shot or not. My younger relatives are nothing more than mobile petri dishes. I’ll get sick as a dog after the family’s Christmas party every year.
