This is the reason I decided to hold off on my own 228i. When I priced it with the options I wanted, it was only $5k less than the M235i with all the same options already included. The base 228 is $2,100 more than that. Would a 22oi really be worth it? The difference between a 320 and a 328 is about $5,000. Maybe for 5 grand less it would be much more appealing. They probably will release a 220 eventually though.
