I have recently come to the same conclusion. About 2 years ago I bought a low mileage 2003 Mini Cooper S. The first FWD car I ever bought and now one of my favorite cars ever. I've loaded Ingress a few times while my GPS was being spoofed and it was detected and wouldn't let me in. This happens with Waze as well.
