For the life of me I can’t understand why. The Nissan Rogue is a terrible car that drives like garbage and has no redeeming features whatsoever.

I was thinking tell the owners there is a coupon for a free Clif bar or organic dog food hidden somewhere in the car and they would comb every inch of it and inspect it themselves, instant QC for the price of an energy bar. For the WRX crowd a coupon for a Monster drink would likely work.

Solidly 3/4 of the cars you mention here had some middling to decent chops as FWD sportish cars or at least offered trim packages that got them some decent fun.

This new strategy of seeing who can make the ugliest pickup is interesting. They’re close, but I think the new Titan is still worse.

It was rusty, it drank through gas like a burning oil fire, and it spins the tires with very little warning, but damn it all if it didn’t get me out of 3 foot snowdrifts with no complaints.
