“Final Gear"?

Lol @ “temporary” tax increases. Here in Illinois, there's no such thing.

It’s inefficient policy. They could work in three shifts until they finish, weather permitting. They often don’t.

I wasn’t serious. Just having fun. I know it’s much more likely to find a super-wealthy person at the wheel of a more practical Lexus or Volvo or such. And I know there are many more millionaires who would have well-equipped everyday vehicles like an Explorer. They’re not trying to get attention, and they know

All those people with Platinum F-150s and Expeditions are going to be trading up for the Palladium models.

I just kinda figured Aston Martin (and other makes like it) didn’t have finance guys crunching lease numbers or extended warranties and such. I figured those buyers walk in with briefcases of cash. Isn’t that how rich folks operate? I have no idea.

The shoes were cheap because they were deeply discounted, which is pretty much the only way I buy shoes. Kohl’s sale price + Kohl’s Cash + 30% off coupon = expensive shoes are now damn cheap. They’re still comfortable and durable, just not full priced.

I really liked these cars. They looked amazing. I realize I’m not chic enough to own one. I’m a jeans and t-shirt guy. My whole outfit cost ~$50 (including the shoes.) This Fisker belongs in the hands of a stylish owner, someone who’d spend $50 on a t-shirt. A fool with money. That’s the buyer for this car.

Fleet sales and constant incentives probably prop up such high sales totals.

Lol. Ok, sir.

Is that because this new shit with all the ads makes the page load so......much.....slower? Or, because this vehicle is super dull?

Lol. No.

Based on my observations, these things are purchased primarily by tools. In my normal day-to-day driving, I see one at a trendy gym, often around dusk. He parks it with color-matched LEDs on under the toy. He’s occasionally on his way to/from the gym, and he looks like a fool in his Slingshot. Flat-billed hat, shades,

Tourists all over the place are super excited!

Eh... The interior looks nice. The exterior is not. While the inside competes with something like the Aviator (a compliment to Lincoln), the exterior seems more Infiniti (which is really, really sad.)

Neither Palisade nor Telluride. It's a RWD platform.

To hell with the Escalade. That’s wholly unnecessary, not this thing’s sliding console.

Meh. The front is boring, and the rear is a f’ing mess. The greenhouse - with its up-swept rear windowsill and downward-sloping roof - doesn’t look great. I would prefer one or the other, or neither, but not both.

You RV-ing honest.

Lol @ your statement that Jalopnik writers and/or commenters are evenly split, politically. That’s hilarious.
