As nice as these are, I don’t get it. Same for the MDX or Infiniti QX-whatever. Of these three, I’d choose the Lexus. I’d much sooner opt for a Volvo competitor, or even the top-trim Palisade or Telluride, than the RX, MDX, or QX. Shame, too, since Lexus essentially established the luxury soft-roader segment. They’ve

This is such an also-ran car. I live/work in an area that has many of luxury sedans, and this is rarely seen. Who’s going to miss it?

Put a spoiler on it and add a hood scoop so we all know it's fast.

I look forward to this new Frontier and wish them good luck on their Quest.

The inspiration for this art.

STop it. A salvaged FoST should not coST that much. Crack pipe.

Not counting the Frontier I have, the last Nissan I wanted was the Altima SE-R, and that’s a long-gone model. Nothing in their lineup intrigues me today, including the Frontier.

I don’t think the suggestion is to buy a recent Maxima, but to buy the generation shown. The SE had a 190hp V6 and an available 5-speed manual transmission. Of course, in that setup, they’re all probably extinct.

This is the Mitsubishi the boat ramp guy needed, not that unremarkable and ill-fitting Outlander.

Kinja won’t let me see your handiwork.

Honda should remove a lot of the ugliness of the Civic Type-R and see if it’s faster. Fire that designer and see if that betters the lap time. It may not work, but it’s worth a try, even if just for aesthetics. In fact, Honda should do it even if it makes the car slower.

Clearly in need of more...training.

Possibly mistook it for the train that he could see?

“Typical” cop.

Early as in mid-80s? They looked so odd next to their contemporaries from Toyota, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, and Mazda.

Hot take rebuttal:

All throughout this article, there were ads for the Porsche Panamera in various trims. That made me wonder... Why buy the Cayenne "Coupe" rather than the Panamera?

So, it's not good at off-roading?

CP - Those mods (esp. the wheels) dashed any chance of getting more than $2,000.

I'm not sure what that even means. I wasn't feeling any way. It was just a statement.
