“For this to work, we need a solution that asks no more complexity or cost from neither car nor license plate.”
“For this to work, we need a solution that asks no more complexity or cost from neither car nor license plate.”
I guess you need such ridiculous gimmicks when you have such a terrible product.
Using cleaning supplies to clean is a "hack"?
Lol you might want to do some research on that.
I said nothing of the sort, but ok.
Its not an odd choice at all, since it represents exactly what they are. Businesses in the same market with the same customers base having a friendly & supportive relationship with each other doesn’t mean they aren’t in competition for the same customers.
You seem to be missing the point. Even your own explanation relies on assuming something not described in the article. What’s unclear in the article is how the dog knows which specific house to deliver each specific order to when it is called in; it just says that the dog knows where the customers that have treats are.
I read the article. What you quoted doesn’t explain how the dog knows what house to deliver each specific order to when it is called in.
So the dog just magically knows which house to take the orders to?
What a pompous douchebag.
So what you are saying is that you don’t actually understand what SBC is doing, then.
Yeah, it definitely took a while to get used to not being able to go out to eat, but we’re used to it now and when it comes to something like this we have no interest in signing up to be part of the test group. We do still get carry-out from our favorite neighborhood places now & then,* but we’re fine with waiting…
While there is a distinction, that distinction is meaningless with regard to the point. The issue is white people engaging in blackface - even if it’s referential and meant as a satire or criticism of racism / blackface, it’s still white people engaging in blackface. They are using blackface to their benefit, while…
It sounds like they are being paid, based on the original comment (and one of the OP’s replies to someone else) - but that doesn’t mean they aren’t being exploited. The OP hasn’t responded, so we don’t know - but based on what they describe I can’t imagine the teenagers are being properly compensated overall (and…
What you describe (“rare” salmon) is exactly why I don’t grill salmon that way (well, that plus the fact that it’s simply much easier to deal with if it’s cut into portions beforehand).
I made no such implication, only offered the one benefit I could think of off the top of my head (based on personal experience, by the way). If you like your food cooked in a foil packet, then go for it.
I don’t ever grill a whole side of salmon (at least not in one piece), and have no issues with the salmon I do grill as far as not using foil.
I suppose if you don’t know how to grill, they probably make things easier.
I am responding to the writer’s comments about cooking food in a foil packet (which to me indicates that it is closed, as opposed to a foil tray).
“for every scenario in which one might use ketchup, BBQ and/or hot sauce is a better choice”
