Cooking in foil defeats the purpose of grilling, in my opinion; if I’m grilling it’s because I want my food grilled, not steamed.

So you thought engaging in childish, baseless personal attacks was your best option here? Well I guess it’s not surprising, given that you literally make shit up just to criticize it. Did you think that nobody else could see the photo?

No, you claimed they are because you said that’s what you see, and referred to the photo as one of people social distancing. It’s the entire point of your post.

Yes, I know - and you’re making up the relationships of the people in the photo as the basis of your argument. You don’t know if the 4 people in the foreground are all related to each other,* but you claim they are in order to argue that they aren’t violating distancing guidelines.

Funny how you’re clearly making things up to support your argument, yet expect people to believe you.

Its a simple question, not sure why it's so difficult for you to answer. But I guess it's no surprise you'd resort to ad-hominem, and so quickly.

So it's an irrelevant point, then.

What relevence does that have to this specific story? I don’t see this writer falsely attributing the cause of anyone’s death.

Is there a point you're trying to make?

...huh?

It’s almost like you didn’t even bother reading past the very first bullet point at the very beginning of the article.

You’re moving the goalposts here. The restaurants didn’t file suit simply because they are charged a fee for a service they chose to contract for.

Uber Eats, etc. provide a service to both the restaurant and the customer - and the restaurants choose to contract with them and agree to pay the fees. If paying for a service is a problem for a restaurant, they can choose to not contract with that service and they won't have to pay the fees.

By some readers / commenters, sure.

Do the restaurants or the service provide any type of insurance coverage for the teenagers doing the deliveries in the event they are involved in an accident or suffer any other work-related injury, or are they just taking advantage of them to get free delivery? Do they provide bicycles for them to use, or do the

This is also not really different from restaurants adding a “healthcare surcharge” to customer bills - which I recall being presented as a positive thing in a number of articles on this site.

What do you call it when someone writes a news story making a false claim without presenting any facts to back it up?

“This puts restaurants in a position where they have to choose between doing work for almost no profit or simply missing out on the income entirely. Plus services like Seamless, Postmates, Grubhub, and DoorDash have been adding restaurants into their networks without their permission. When a restaurant refuses to

“Choose to. These restaurants choose to be a part of Uber Eats.”

His rescheduling is a clear and undeniable admission of his own racism.
