You know what would be fun? Another Mario game in the mold of long-lost Mario 2. Yes, it was just a skin of another game, but it’s far better known as Mario 2 and would be fun to toss some turnips at Snifits and Ninjis again in the modern era. #JusticeForWart

Some real boomer words about to come out. Its immensely strange to me that younger gamers haven’t played legendary games like Chrono Trigger yet. Its like, rite of passage now to me if you want to be considered a “gamer”. That word has been thrown around for people that play only whatever is mainstream or trending

Really? It was the first game that made it worth buying a N64 and I remember it being pretty easy to go to the store and buy a console and a copy of the game.

There was nothing simple about getting that gold N64 ocarina of time cartridge!

Remember when buying games was simple?

Hamas turned down a ceasefire.

Yeah, they’ve had a lot of mixed messaging. I think they wanted a new edition to leave the OGL behind, but when the OGL stuff blew up in their face they got spooked and changed course.

I think that entire sequence was mostly for kicks (or fan service if being bitter about it).

Either like the Patrick Stewart “Professor X” cameo, it was just fan service; People have been saying John Krasinski should play Reed Richards for quite a while. OR Pedro Pascal just has so much star power right now that they dropped Krasinski to give Pascal the job.

This is why the whole multiverse thing is a lead weight around the neck of Marvel.

Nothing matters, there are infinite versions of everyone. There’s no peril or dramatic tension, nothing has consequence.

I feel like I read somewhere that Krasinski was the one who backed away from playing Mr Fantastic in the future.

I think it was meant as a nod to his failed audition for Captain America.

there are 3 different peter parkers in the mcu, 2 rhoadies if were being pedantic as well

No thrybare not. There's one small reference that suggests Robin may be dead. But that is all.

You either die a hero or live long enough to make DC's version of Marvel's Avengers.

What is hilarious to me is that you just described Marvels Avengers. That game had a fairly robust 3rd person combat system, really good dialogue and scripted scenes, and an enjoyable single-player campaign.

Gonna assume answer to question one is some macguffin where the “alien invaders” are actually the original creatures on this planet (which isn’t actually earth), or they were created by the planet earth to get rid of humans, or they’re actually humans evolved, or some other weirdness

I wouldn’t expect an announcement until Horizon is released.

The character design simply screams “I was created by someone with a powerful fetish” - which could very well account for the extra effort by itself.

My main complaint with the Seinfeld finale is that they made it a clip show. Sure the premise was weak and based on everything Kramer has done to that point it seems like he would have stepped in, but the court room scenes had some very good moments.
