Loved Cry Wilderness. Felt like all the character had mild brain damage. I mean the whole scene with raccoons in the kitchen while everyone bizarrely laughs hysterically was great.

Its really too bad because taking Mayer's personality out of it his first 3 albums are really enjoyable. His debut is just a really well done pop record.

I happily walk out of movies so I feel like I haven't seen the worst because I would have left.

I love The Edge. How dare he say anything bad about that.

The Game is my favorite Fincher film. Not saying its his best but my favorite.

Wasn't The Faculty this year. Love that movie. Seen it a surprising amount of times.

Its the only found footage film that actually feels like its real found footage because it was filmed that way.

No its great and still holds up.

You don't have the power of the ending without the rest of the film. The film is also a lead up to make sure those last 5 minutes hit as hard as they can.

Its still kind of amazing how they took a great but low budget art film and made it a monster financial success. I love the movie but half of it is what you bring to the film.

Were the actual Phoenix lights ever explained?

I thought the climax in the novel worked better only because it felt kind of rushed here. That's a nitpick though because overall this has been great.

Watched all thee episodes today and I found it actually quite powerful. I was not expecting to be moved as much as I was. Its the best thing Ive seen this year.

I haven't read Childhoods End in forever but a lot stayed with me. Powerful book.

Good point that was an awful film then again it was based on what supposed to be a classic musical.

It will also be the 2nd film of his not shot by Robert Ellswitt.

Please be better than Inherent Vice and The Master although I know people here like The Master.
