i mostly agree now but i will say when i was a teen/pre-teen i loooooved getting gift cards. i didnt have an after school job until my senior year, so it was nice being able to buy stuff i wanted without having to ask my mom for money. also the adults never knew what i wanted!

i went no contact with my mom starting when i turned 21 up until this last year (I’m now 30). I needed the space to figure out who the fuck I was without her judgey ass voice in the back of my mind. I’ve recently started talking to her/seeing her again but very much on my terms and with hard boundaries.

i disagree... they also wrongly portrayed Paul as the villian when he died in 1991 and isnt here to defend himself. maybe he was the villian the movie makes him out to be but he isnt here to tell his side of the story.
