He was frightening. I think we got to see the real Brett Kavanaugh yesterday.

That was a really really really angry man performance. He practically stroked out a few times. How does this in any way make him a pick for the supreme court. This guy has FUCKING ISSUES.

Last night I thought I was fine, but when my boyfriend got home from work I was just shaking and jittery and manic. Couldn’t calm down or relax. Been crying for no reason. Just... overwhelmed.

His wife’s micro expressions throughout their Fox interview and during the hearings have been fascinating. I feel like she could blow this thing wide open if it didn’t also mean blowing up her life and the lives of her daughters.

The lying is going to be so easy to prove in the future impeachment proceedings. He’s done it over and over, on the record, every time he’s testified in Congress. No doubt he’s guilty of  sexual assault as well, but proving it is not quite the slam dunk that the perjury is.

Honestly, even if he hadn’t assaulted Dr. Ford, Ms. Ramirez or Ms. Swetnick, I feel his behavior said all we need to know. Hillary Clinton sat for 11 hours being railed at when she didn’t do anything wrong, and she did not lash out, yell about how this is a conspiracy drummed up by the Republican party, and tell her

“We need to do due diligence” - Flake says as he lets things continue without due diligence.

She wasn’t a Senator to him, she was just like the girls in high school and college. They don’t deserve his respect.

Vote. Vote and encourage everyone you know to do the same. From city council seats and all the way up. It’s the only real way things are going to change.

I get that we’re generally supposed to accept apologies (for minor transgressions), and generally speaking I get that we are all capable of losing our tempers and saying things we shouldn’t. But an apology doesn’t erase what Kavanaugh showed about himself. Yes, he was trying to run out the clock without answering the

Completely inappropriate for anyone but horrid for a sitting judge.  Imagine how he treats people in his court room.  Oh wait, we don’t have to imagine.  Ask Jane Doe and her lawyers.  And on that note, ask HER about being asked to wait... carrying a fetus that she did not want.  Piece of shit.

Those women probably blame themselves. cf. Chrissie Hynde’s statement about when she was raped by bikers.

Thank god I’m not only in that hot take...

I believe he had been coached or coached himself to respond to the allegations of excess drinking by confronting the questioner, whomever it would be. He tried that line first with Whitehouse, who ignored it... so he loaded another bullet in the chamber and waited for the next chance to fire. That it happened to be a

That sounded horrible over the radio as I drove home from work. Then I started streaming the video on cnn.com and saw the facial expressions and body language he was using and it all became so much worse. What a petulant little pissant. The crux of his thesis seemed to be no more than “How DARE you question my

Appellate judges? Even Judge Milan (People’s Court, my favorite)  and Judge Judy don’t let litigants get away with that. He knows better but his sense of entitlement didn’t care. He’s still trying to make the cool guys laugh.

People who claim to have experience on drinking problems have been saying that his defensiveness was telling.

He’s a liar and a fucking entitled drunk liar on top of that. We should start demanding his impeachment from the minute he gets confirmed and we should never stop yelling “Liar” every single chance we get.

This made very angry because as a general rule appellate judges get pissy real fast if you answer their question with question and I am sure Judge Kavanaugh is no different. You think he would offer Senators the same respect  he would demanded from litigators.

I cringed so hard watching that exchange yesterday. And while he SHOULD apologize, his apology came after a 15 minute break where someone probably coached him, and made him out to be an upstanding guy. It glosses over the original exchange where he was totally out of line and frankly, extremely immature. He was trying
