If you happen to have a fabric steamer you can get some more wear out of the leggings - I use my dryer because it has a steam refresh setting but you could also use a hand steamer and/or one of those dryel sheets in the dryer. That way you get fresh leggings without having to wash them.

I’ve found that buying super comfortable and flatteirng workout clothes helps you want to go more. Working out in an oversized tee and shorts wasn’t working for me so I bought some compression leggings and a couple cute tops and believe it or not, I go more often now.

It’s been a pretty shit week.

My mom used to work in the ER as a respiratory therapist before she became an attorney.  She would tell me stories about the old men who used to grab her ass and make inappropriate comments to her.  Every time Joe Biden opens his mouth, I see her wince a little at the memory.

Irony is that her desk is covered in RBG stuff; but yeah, like, when she became a parent it’s like she just totally went anti-choice.  Or at the very least, reluctantly pro choice if she can’t convince the woman otherwise.
