This week, I started getting my health back in order! I’m back on my thyroid medications, taking my vitamins/supplements routinely (I use madefor and care/of, for anyone who is interested in those personalized vitamin packs), I’ve gone to the gym twice (one time I managed to walk a 5k on the treadmill!), and I

I’ve got no experience with childbirth or parenting but please, be kind to yourself. I suspect that these feelings you’re having are common among new parents, but that you might feel alone because not many people actually express those feelings aloud. You seem like a thoughtful and good person, and you’re very

Not going to lie, I broke up with someone once because he had HORRIBLE breath and I couldn’t figure out a nice way to tell him. It wasn’t just a one-off, “I ate too much garlic” thing, either. It was full blown halitosis. I couldn’t stand to kiss him. I know I should have told him, but instead, I just said that I

OMG. That sounds absolutely awful. And I thought my statistics class required for my political science class was bad.

I mean, at least she’s somewhere that I’ll never have to actually hear her speak.

My ex and I bought a Zinus when we moved in together, and it was the best bed I’ve ever slept on.  When we broke up and I moved out, I could have gone back to using my sleep number, which is in storage, but instead, I bought another Zinus because I loved it so much.  WAY cheaper than Casper but excellent quality.

You need an Etsy shop so that I can buy all of the things from you.  I love DIY skincare.  I have an oatmeal body scrub that someone made that is so natural you COULD eat it, and it works so much better than any other body scrub I’ve used.  Also, where can I buy a decent shea butter?  I don’t want to just, like,

It’s FANTASTIC. It’s a bit small but you don’t need much (and the brush it comes with is helpful in not over applying it) and you can use Afterpay to get it for 4 installments of $10, I believe. It was worth the money to me for a once a week brighten and tighten!

I love The Ordinary! The Squalane oil is fabulous for my cuticles and the glycolic toner is CRAZY helpful for acne.

Anytime I hear paw paw I think of Bear Necessities (“if you pick a paw paw or a prickly pear...”). I’ve never heard of this ointment though! What’s it similar to in consistency?

Well... on the plus side, you don’t have a Donald Trump? That sucks though - although one of my favorite face masks comes from Australia (the pink clay one that’s on Instagram everywhere).

Have you seen the pink one? It’s great for a no makeup makeup look!

First, I love your name. I need to retrieve my mezuzah from my place I shared with my ex...

They make little ones too! Perfect to throw in a handbag! One of those got me through the bar exam since I have a habit of biting/picking at my lips when I’m nervous.

What is everyone’s favorite cheap beauty obsession/tip? Mine is Vaseline. I don’t care how many lip treatments they come up with. Nothing beats slathering Vaseline on at night.

I got the editor box from summer because I signed up in between seasons and HOLY CRAP it was an amazing value. I got this hyaluronic acid serum that is absolutely amazing, and a body cream that I may actually have to buy again.

I recently started getting the Ipsy Glambag Plus and Fab Fit Fun’s box (OMG I just got my first one today and WOW, the crazy good value for all these products is amazing).  Anyone have any other boxes they absolutely love?

Any other Clevelanders here? Did y’all enjoy the beautiful weather we had today? And do y’all know of anything to do that is fun and cheap coming up this week?

Ive always loved his eyeliner.  It makes it hard to say no to him though because he can look quite sad when he wants to.

He’s the best boy! He was so good during dinner that we gave him a big piece of chicken.
