9 k for that is a little much for that configuration. You can find 5 speeds with leather for that. I paid $500 15 years ago for this and put around 9-10k in it.

Hell yeah the hellcats on notice. That thing displaces 1.2 more liters and a supercharger. For a 5.0 to lay down a 9 second 1/4 with only an exhaust, CAI, tune, a little spray tires and no seats, on a stock long block, makes it pretty increadabe. Early 2000's Toyota Tacoma SR 5 5sp. 4WD is nice, but up here in Canada, you need 4by and ground clearance. Also, 4 wheel engine brake with a manual trans does wonders to help shed speed confidently on the white stuff.
