Completely the driver"s fault. As soon as he got the truck in between the cars and the building he should have realized there was going to be a problem. It might have worked if he swung wide before the turning and been more straight when he pulled in.

I don't own a motorcycle, could someone explain to me why he was revving while pulling up to the red light (about 1:09)? I hear bikes do this all the time and always wondered why. Do you have to rev match a motorcycle to shift?
