Usually, i’ve been doing it for years so most are too easy If i don’t. However i’m also pretty harsh on bad top difficulties which are quite common, HP Sponges and inappropriate damage values are very boring in the long run.

Presentation was a toughie, most interesting games didn’t have gameplay (everwild, fable, avowed, hellblade 2), games that did have gameplay looked fairly standard (except for jack blacks drug induced platformer).

They can stay at 60$ anyway, don’t let them fool you the prices will probably go up because people will buy them but they don’t need to be higher, half the franchises EA sell could be free and they’d rice everyone through micro transactions.

They are entitled to that, if they don’t buy it at a higher price point its the consumers that dictate price to a certain point.

it absolutely is a PR response, I get that you think people being cynical are silly but its just as silly to read anything into this other than a shrug.

prebuilts are cheaper now than ever, I always used to build my own as you’d reliably save 10-20% of the cost. That isn’t the case anymore for some of the better resellers as they use cheaper parts for their profit margin and just sell them to us at what we’d pay anyway.

what’s the quote... something like money might not make you happy but it allows you to be miserable in comfort!

Arena shooters shouldn’t be a dead genre, its one that we lost due to the great console FPS shift but really i’m very confident there is a market out there still for those of us that like that type of game.

The trailer was great but I suspect the game itself will be too easy to properly reward recruiting the right members over just doing whatever you want with who you have on hand.

It sounds like a new series headed for Netflix to me in either scenario

your translation is spot on, its all so they can launch it again at a later date and have another stab at success.

Nah its because they see a giant pie and they want a piece of that pie without any thought of how it got there or what it took to make.

I think its pretty simple, games should be the right length for their content and gameplay. Sometimes thats shorter, sometimes its longer *shrugs* no point painting them all with the same brush

PubG was the number 1 but it isn’t accessible, that means something else would always take its spot.

I made a count running through the uncharted collection they gave us all for free recently due to the boss of the 2nd game asking drake how many people he’d killed just today.

I agree with you but just don’t buy it in EA, pretend it doesn’t exist until its actually released its worth it in the end and in a way you get a more polished final product as a bunch of players tested it for you.

2 > Black Flag > Odyssey > Origins, the others are just gravy on the gravy train

*wesker voice* CHRISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

My large sword of searching is ready, my brushwood shield is held high i’m ready to get piped by evil world tendency!

someone else mentioned it further up but thats basically savage, which was pretty good at the time you had a commander who had both npcs and gave objectives to the players, researched tech and equipment for those players etc and built buildings.
