A losing one, Tesla will easily win this case esp. because the user ADMITTED to doing exactly what the technology forbids. I’m glad they don’t settle, let them go after the driver.

Every company is invested in this tech tbh.

They’re not exaggerated, if used properly and as instructed they work a good 90-95% as intended. There are TONS of YouTube videos showing this to be true. But please explain who Musk is “encouraging the purchasers of your products to use them in an unsafe and potentially fatal manner”?

Dude, can you name ANY other investors that have made companies far more valuable than he has, once on board? Christ, both Bezos and Virgin’s Branson would LOVE to have the success he’s seeing with Space X. Musk invested in companies and most if not all became far more valuable, not in SPITE of him but because of him.

They’ll get ZERO payout because the user ADMITTED he didn’t comply with what is WRITTEN in the guide when they PURCHASE FSD!! You act like these are common cases, much less than even 1% of ALL Tesla accidents have resulted from this!!

LOL, what do you think court cases are for dummy? It literally states this in their documentation and all of the nanny warning they implement when you activate it. You get prompted to put your hands on the wheel, if you ignore it the system gets deactivated and you can actually LOSE the FSD that you paid for!!

Mercedes thinks otherwise.

Cruise control has been around since the 50s at least, and adaptive cruise control since the 90s and guess what? The technology STILL isn’t accident proof and yet many cars have them.

I’ll play along, incidents like this account for less than even 1% of ALL Tesla accidents, and anyone with a brain KNOWS FSD or even Autopilot requires attention and your hands on a steering wheel regularly.

Pay attention dummy, Tesla is far and away the best-selling EV in the world. BYD? Yeah, over 70% of their sales are hybrids/gas...NOT pure EVs. There is nothing “tarnished” about Tesla, every single EV maker has scaled back production, it’s not like Tesla slowed down and everyone else sold more!

Um, Cybertruck can’t be built fast enough, they’ll sell every single one they make for YEARS at this point. Zero cancellations and a miles long wait list. Rivian is bleeding cash and sales are slow, worse their cheaper EV is at least a year away at best. The Cybertruck will inevitably sell more yearly than Rivian has

FSD crashes are exceedingly rare compared to anything else. Even more so when you eliminate user attention not being applied.

I know right? Already sold over 4k of them and they can’t keep up with demand! So “dumb”, and yet they’ll sell every one they make for the foreseeable future while Rivian and Lucid are bleeding cash at record levels waiting for their “company-saving” models to come NEXT YEAR!!

Hopefully, Mercedes can get a lot more of these charging hubs built quickly

This site gets dumber by the minute:

...they’ve already sold over four thousand and demand is through the roof dummy.

Dude, it’s ONE FUCKING USER CLAIM!! Jesus Christ, you idiots are the worst.

LOL, they sold under 2k cars this quarter...and that’s with a starting price of $69k!! Their yearly projection for 2024 is only 9k sales...or approx. what a Model Y sells every 3 days !!

WTF are you yammering on about?! Yes, because a car wash could rip off the exposed wiper blade and trigger the charge port to open if it came in contact with it, thus braking it off. Guess what genius, that very same mode is found in: BMW, Benz and Rivian as well!!

LOL, that 200 mile range will be more like 140-150 for those living in cold climates, or even hot ones that require A/C running 24/7. Now add in that 0-60 which is no faster that the old Tesla Model 3 P and with FAR less range and costing almost $20k more, and I’m not sure what they were thinking. Range and price are
