False equivalency, as there are an overwhelming number of first hand accounts of former ICE owners swearing they could NEVER go back after driving a Tesla. You’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who walks away from a test drive wondering what the big deal is.

I think it’s crazy to spend an extra $50k to shave a second off your 0-60 while also losing range as well.

Granted, it will have better build quality, but why spend an extra $7k for an EV with less cargo space, less range and a slower 0-60 time than the Model Y Performance? Heck, a Model 3 Performance will flat out embarrass it for $10k less! When did BMW stop caring about performance and handling?
