Honestly the Japanese-faking-foreigner-speaking-Japanese thing has never bothered me. Having studied Japanese, Linguistics, and Japanese Linguistics academically there is a trick to the language that presents a serious boundary for native speakers of language with loose tonal contours — Japanese as a pretty tight

That Naruto paddy is awesome. I believe that that paddy is located in Nagi. My friend was an ASL in Mimasaka and Nagi and that field looks very familiar from the time I spent visiting.
