Cannot disagree cause I know it varies by state (or whatever), plus I am betting the folks that bought the street looked in to all this, but if this happened here the new owners would be held responsible by the DOT for upkeep, repairs, etc.

Even after searching for it no idea what “NWALR” means (it kept coming up with astrological meanings which, if they apply, I do not get/over my head) but, indirectly, you helped answer one of my questions.
“You already know the answers to all of these and we know why you ask them. Head back to Breitbart.”
Depending on how the court views Jez coverage and the Screaming Females covering “Shake It Off” I might be able to pass the questionnaire.
(I always feel I have to state, because of the way I think some of my questions come off, that I believe anyone who is here should be afforded some way to stay here, regardless of how they got here, etc. Anyway ...)
I posted a similar question over on the Jalopnik post on this subject because I was also wondering. I know it varies by municipality, around here on top of regular upkeep whoever (whomever?) owns the private roads are responsible for all regular upkeep and repairs on the streets, sidewalks, and landscaping. The state…
Top header picture/screenshot/whatever - anyone else see it and think it was Marty McFly turning into a werewolf (or I guess a teen wolf)?
In addition to all the other possible problems mentioned about this purchase are the new owners responsible for the ongoing maintenance for the street, sidewalks, trees lining the road, etc.? Basically do they now take over responsibilities, and the costs, from the H.O.A.?
“It’s been a couple of years since the last round of Jack the Ripper speculation.”
Not a big deal at all but this is the third or fourth (I think) Dirt Bag recently posted without the Dirt Bag tag (though maybe you aren’t tagging them anymore?).

Dammit, I liked him on the show.
That is cool, but is he replacing anyone or who is he replacing?
From their lookout CBS aren’t relegating anything to All Access. Les Moonves is planning/betting that CBS All Access is the future of CBS tv. His stated plan is that eventually all first run content will show up on All Access first, then months later be broadcast on regular CBS. He is counting on/using Trek, Good Fight…
Cannot watch the trailer from here but does anyone offhand know if this is just a remake of the movie or a new adaptation of Brian Garfield’s original novel (yes I am old)? If they make a true adaptation of the book I could see it maybe working. Not putting this well but the novel and the movie are, beyond the set up,…
Just a couple of random questions (beyond my What the Hell?!?! Isn’t someone who earned a scholarship exactly who this country wants, who should get a path?) -
When they announced the switch a few months back I just assumed they were going to have Ms. Remini just take over as Ms. Hayes’ character. I do not watch the show but (for what I think is) that type of lite sitcom isn’t it a little dark to do?
Sunk so low? Sitcom wise, given how long that James Belushi show that would never die ran, I think we are basically in the same place.
I am convinced that this is somehow part of Les Moonves’ master plan to get everyone to watch/pay for their CBS All Access (or whatever it is called) subscription service.
And because of the header picture, plus a post on io9 that brought up Stephen King’s The Jaunt, I just realized I would hate to be a schoolteacher because you know somewhere there is at least one kid who would just have to take off their glasses ...
