I have no way to back this up but I have been arguing (well, trying to argue. I am not very good at it) that the overwhelming amount of celebrity endorsements might have actually hurt Secretary Clinton in this last election.

I know a few other folks have already brought up using a broiler, but I just find it odd you not mentioning it at all. Any reason why you did not include it (other than it is not anywhere near as good as a torch)? Is there something actually wrong with the method? Thanks.

How I originally (I think) first heard about the laundries. Just felt like it should be posted.

Re: the puzzle piece foam workout tiles - you get a half dozen 24" by 24" by 1/2" tiles which will cover 24 square feet of space. I am feeling really foggy this morning but is the math off on that by a lot or is it me (it may very well be me)?

Only asking because a character above looks a lot like Brian Bloom but (I have not played the game so only assuming he is one of the voice actors or voices the character) is it common these days to base the characters so closely on the actors? I would have thought the producers would have avoided that for various

Question about Pachinko. Just to be clear I have no idea what I am talking about, not even really sure how to phrase the question, and only have any knowledge of the game because of Manga, etc., but does the history or love of Pachinko have anything to with arcades being more popular or still ongoing in Japan?

HB2 will never be repealed. At best they will alter the language of the small part of the bill that covers the bathrooms. Then everyone will claim victory and the worst parts of the bill will still be law because everyone in the media has been ignoring the worst parts of the bill.

Off topic, but what does “don’t @ me” mean (or maybe just mean here in the headline)? I looked it up on the Urban Dictionary but the definition of it does not seem to fit. Thanks. And, yes, I am very old.

Wait, I thought that Ms. Kelly was going to the nine o’clock slot which was in some way connected to why Ms. Hall left? Not putting this well but is NBC now floating a rumor that she* is going to the seven am slot just to counter or lessen the possible whitewashing charges (claims?) levelled by the NABJ?

“... following in my Once and Future King Willie Geist’s footsteps by transitioning to MSNBC full-time.”

Just to be clear that you are absolutely right - the show I am thinking of started a couple of years after That Girl - but for whatever reason the first show I thought when I read that was Julia which starred Diahanne Carroll.

According to what my dvr is set to record Sundance is now running all of season 7 starting at 6AM EST this coming Saturday morning, then back to running the regular block as usual next Friday.

You’ll never see Joseph Fiennes portray Michael Jackson = included on the DVD special edtion or whatever release to boost sales.

A stupid question cause for all I know they would basically be the same, but is there any way to test drive the non-lifted version before you order it? What happens if you get it and do not like the way it drives?

“... that Patrick’s bill was introduced by legislators on Thursday and, as feared, it is very similar to North Carolina’s notorious HB 2.”

So basically they are HB2-ing the entire country. Big surprise.

(Because of the lack of K-Drama on Netflix I had been wondering about this for a while, and this article gives me a chance to ask)
