Only a couple of emails. Normally, so long as you can prove that you purchased the DVD, they will issue you a new code. They’ve asked me to send them pics of the code sheet as well as the DVD case/cover. Maybe 24 hours? 

Do it quickly, some of them expire and you’ll have to contact customer service to redeem the codes. It’s a pain.

Agreed. And just be devil’s advocate here - there are also plenty of “Black” “LatinX” and “Asian” officers/firefighters who treat POC and poor people like trash.It’s almost like once they get the job, the “Blue” and “Red” come way before common humanity and decency.

I had this exact issue when cancelling on Monday. On my phone I didn’t initially see the dropdown menu. I’m good through 8/17/18 - but still, a week later and  MI:6 is not available for purchase.
