Yes. The "don't like the taste" of water. It's unbelievable. But real.

Chicago is fine, but it's not the same. It's like if Boston and Cleveland had a baby. I like Boston. And I like Cleveland. But no.
I'm pretty sure ohpll is more than just a "picky eater." I saw a TLC type show once about people who will only eat bread and cheese. It's like, a whole disordered eating thing.* She won't be convinced. Just look at how defensive and ALL CAPS she is in response to your very measured comments.
Trust me. Since you brought it up, no one is jealous of your little cheesy carb body. I sincerely hope your terrible diet doesn't catch up with you, but I wouldn't bet on it. But you do you. If you were my loved one I would be concerned, but I don't care about you beyond general feelings of humanitarian…
I don't "not" like it, but I don't just eat it either. To me it's a filler, and assuming there is enough other good stuff I don't bother. I don't dislike fried rice, but I don't particularly care for it. I just am not a big carb person in general. I do like basmati rice more though.
This is the worst analogy I've ever read.
It's one thing to choose one veggie over another. It's quite another thing to swear off an entire food group that is essential to bodily health because you'd rather eat lucky charms. I mean, everyone would rather eat lucky charms, but part of being an adult is doing things you don't like. Like brushing your teeth…
I would be concerned my husband was like, gonna die. Vegetables aren't an "option" any more than air or water. Then again, there are those people who "don't drink water."
Also, no one is saying make things "just for women." Those dryer balls aren't advertised as "just for women." We are talking about implicit coding. And yes, there should be options that appeal to a broader market, which includes women as well as men who also like more color or flair.
My entire last paragraph is devoted to the notion that it would be great if we could have "just tshirts." But that doesn't mean there are no pink shirts. That means there are pink, blue, green etc shirts, and girls and boys can pick what they want. The "lets just do gender neutral" team often (as they are doing…
Also, your insistence that femininity is so narrowly defined that if you don't like pastels you expect me to tell you you aren't feminine is distressing.
I don't agree that gender preferences are innate either. In fact, I've explicitly said as much several times. However, for a mix of cultural and natural reasons men and women, as generalized groups, share certain traits. Obviously there are exceptions, but pervasive advertising trends confirm (and reaffirm/create)…
The OP hasn't made this argument and he is the one that works with this woman, so the rules at your job site aren't applicable here unless he says otherwise. What he said:
It seems pretty limiting to argue that esthetic concern is a feminine privilege;
You'll be "over here surviving" alone. Because this:
Agreed.
