I can totally feel you, I worked for a Wal-Mart in Rural Indiana. Ugh. If I have one pet peeve, one real thing that makes me proud to feel like a monster for the amount hatred that wells up within me, its Old People who absolutely refuse to learn how to use electronics/computers.

But all that lore is hers from the Warcraft universe, a series of games thats pretty lauded for its story. I suppose you can still *not care*, but the lore is more than just a generic background for a set of abilities, this is a beloved and grounded (in terms of integrity to the Warcraft storyline) character.
