Wait... did this article just COMPLIMENT something Microsoft did? I didn't think that was within Gizmodo's power... something must be wrong with spacetime.

@Billybird: Me too. I thought it was funny.

Did they threaten you with a lawsuit if you didn't print an apology?

@ReconToaster misses garnett Of course it doesn't. He's still waiting for HTML 5 to cure cancer, just like Jobs promised. :)

Or for a few bucks you could just wear socks in your shoes.

@Arken: I hope that was sarcasm. If not, then Dow Chemical, Hyatt Hotels and the University of Georgia have no idea what they're doing, huh? ([news.cnet.com]

@Yash: If your Kindle didn't impress you in the first few minutes then that speaks volumes. The Nook certainly did impress me when I tried it hands-on. The Kindle feels bloated and klunky by comparison.

The cloud, huh? Way to go, Apple - like a couple of years late. Windows Azure already exists and takes full advantage of cloud computing.

Here's the bigger question - do their phones suck less now? I've had nothing but trouble with all Motorola phones I've used in the past.

@andrelix: Careful, you're an iPhone owner and dissing the Big Brother company is a no-no. You might get called an Apple hater if you complain too much.

@dallasmay: Doctors, hospitals and other medical providers were forced to write off the cost of the uninsured who didn't pay their bills because they are not allowed to refuse treatment. And anyone not on a cadillac insurance plan saw their premiums go up because of unpaid insurance claims (I.E. insurance that pays

@Skunky: "Shit! Why are there pieces left over!?"

@MacAttack: Scaramanga also stupidly placed life-like mannequins of his arch nemesis in his fun house and couldn't tell the difference between the fake and the real one. Which is why he's dead. :)

Doesn't AT&T requires an unlimited data plan with the purchase of an iPhone, or is it just A data plan?

@dallasmay: And did you not understand that those will most likely keep skyrocketing under Obamacare? The only difference is the middle class gets stuck with the bill.

@C3PA: The articles you reference are all chock with opinions from Gizmodo writers. And it's no secret that Giz caters to the "anything but Microsoft" crowd. In fact, I'd go so far as to say Gizmodo writers are positively nasty when it comes to writing anything about Microsoft. Far be it that they would say anything
