While I find people driving around at night with their headlights off or on their DRLs to be dangerous, annoying, and all too frequent, I conversely find the lack of a headlights off switch on cars (GM in particular) can be a bad thing for one hobby - amateur astronomy.

I had to Google the 2019 Avalon before I believed I was actually looking at a real car. That is an astoundingly ugly vehicle - and even more so as a full size sedan with no sporting intentions to speak of.
