These stupid car roof ads have been popping up in the Bay Area for the last couple of years, and they’re annoying as hell. They’re extremely distracting at night, especially if the car is in the lanes next to you on the freeway and the ad changes. I can draw your attention away from the road because you’re perceiving

I’ve been staring at the lede image for the past 10 minutes trying to formulate an interesting opinion on this car...good or bad...and all I’ve managed to come up with so far is “I really like the blue color”.

If he had more money, he could buy a Tesla and fix it.

I’m Team Leaf.

At the risk of feeding a troll, you need to buy a dictionary to lookup some of the words you’re using. They don’t mean what you think they mean...

Bill Gates simply wanted the better electric car with an actual interior. Not the model 3 deprivation tank.

Not really a classy reaction from Elon, tbh.

NEWS FLASH: Super rich porsche guy buys Taycan.

Are we just ignoring the fact the Bill has always been into Porsche?  He, and his 959, are the reason we have the Show and Display law.

Is it any surprise, really? They have long since outlived their place in the modern automobile. I don’t just say that as some youngin’ who doesn’t know how to drive stick - I’ve driven them. I learned on one. I just think they’re horrible - always have because even as a teen in the 1980s I thought of them as obsolete.

The first fully charged pull does not matter that much I agree. The issue is that the 5th pull is over 6 seconds on the Tesla and still under 3 on the Porsche. This means that as you go about your day of driving your ability to merge, overtake and calculate distances is different while still being in the same car. I

NY finally got his tax returns :p

Such pettiness.
