Pretty sure he walked away from his computer with that same exact look on his face after realizing everyone heard him drop the N-bomb.

This all day and twice on Sunday.

Sorry but until there is an actual vaccine for this plague (which is exactly what it is), I’m not eating out or ordering in at any restaurants and I’m damn sure not getting inside any metal tubes for hours on end with complete and total strangers.

How’s he driving around in a Tesla of all cars, with no working credit cards? Is this guy the proverbial “hand to mouther” the news networks always talk about?

Probably. But only if someone’s mind wanders there anyways. Kind of like when someone says a dirty joke, that isn’t really ‘dirty’ unless the person was thinking it was.

It’s okay. Hold their beer...

Are we guessing (or do we even have to?) what the other ‘half’ is?

I’ve got Nationwide home/auto for almost 20 years and just added a teen driver in January. And all they are going to give me is a one-time $50 check when most of their major competitors are offering percentage based discounts from 15%-25%?

So if you are bundled, you get $100? (Home and auto) or is that $50 per car?

1st Gear: Ramping up in China. But that pretty much means they are only selling those cars (or planning to) to Chinese consumers. That means U.S. Tesla customers won’t be filling orders on the whole for quite some time still, right?

So maybe you compromise. Keep the two best employees. Go 4 months. That might work, if the business came back in July...”

Exactly. Even China where this all started wasn’t having debates about “essential” and “non-essential” businesses. They pretty much shut it all down for weeks. Their energy was 100% focused on eradicating it.

Why are they still running buses at all now? If it’s the “essential business” argument... prove that shit. Not what you ‘think’, prove it.

Well, business owners/companies may not know when this is going to end but smart business owners/companies know when this is not going to end... anytime soon. So if you’re talking a month or two as you suggest, no one who has any sense is even contemplating being able to open by then.

I see Covid-19 also robs people of their humor as well...

Musk could use his SpaceX profits if he needed to, there’s no way he’d let Tesla end up in real trouble.

My guess is that someone wearing a hat with scrambled eggs on it thought:

Might be? I definitely am and thought about this.

1st Gear: Is Now Really A Good Time?

I’m pretty sure he was an asshole long before he was a CEO, with plenty of practice not admitting he was wrong.
