Was going to investigate, but then I saw it was a Range Rover that was hit and changed my mind.

It’s always satisfying when your logical assumption of an unknown situation jives with facts afterwards.

It’s a minivan, dude. Not a manual roadster.

Many Tesla lovers like to tout range as the main factor one should buy a Tesla.. that and infrastructure.

Best way to sell a water car is... not in the water?

Someone posted : “We must get tougher motorcycle background checks and push for safety regulations. I hope the manufacturer is charged with this death.” in the tweet.

This is why I don’t think soccer is a good idea for the US. We’ve already got enough craziness here.

Just spend $1m, get someone to fully restore one and put the same crap in it, but now... you can drive it around town and just tell everyone it’s the same car.

You’re addressing your post to the wrong person. I said Tesla CAN’T stop expanding, they have no choice but to keep expanding in things that aren’t even cars just to survive.

Wish I had read all the comments first. I just posted this same exact thought not less than 10 minutes ago, with the exact same sentiment.

I think this is a pipe dream.

Agree. Germans are reacting like Trump or Brexit voters having second thoughts about bad ideas they talked themselves into being good ones.

Neutral: Battery swapping. I think this works only in limited markets and in limited countries.

This is a bit like saying a snake needs to learn not to bite or a leopard needs to learn how to change it’s spots to stripes.

I guess you’re joking, it’s tough to tell on the internet. But EV fires are pretty rare vs ICE vehicle fires.

I would imagine the cleanup from all the ICE truck crashes (gas/fluids, etc) will be a non-concern for the CHP so maybe that’s why they’re putting this PR post out for Tesla.. dunno.

“Honest question: How many billions of dollars are in the EV game right now?”

1st gear: “About 44% of executives reporting to Musk have changed over annually,...”

Sorry.
