It was… not good.
Huh… I scored a screener copy of it back then, but they cut off the last 15 minutes, so I didn't get to see the ending…
I've never actually seen the end of the movie. I scored a copy in 2000 on VHS and it was a screener version. Which… Cuts off the last 15 minutes :/
I am a huge fan of Teriyaki Town on Sandy at 44th in Portland. Looks sketchy as fuck, but it's cheap and delicious, when you ask for it spicy, it costs extra but it's actual spicy not just sriracha and goddamn if they don't do their rice just right.
It does, and it did.
Yes, that is technically more likely.
The thing about gender and sexual identities is that they are, by definition, self defined. The only person who gets to decide if a person is transgender is that person. You don't get to tell someone that they are wrong about that because you dislike them.
you don't have to like someone to accept their gender identity.
I'm trying to come up with a metaphor for this, but actually if you don't understand the problem here, I don't think a metaphor is going to help…
I wonder if we share a trans friend…
As recognitions pointed out, if you are questioning someones gender identity because you don't like them, that's not 100% supportive of the LGBTQ community.
You are surprised… By the level of vitriol in these comments…
I saw a screening and frankly, I really enjoyed it.
I saw a screening of this last week. I don't expect it to perform well in theaters, but I actually enjoyed it quite a bit, though the girlfriend stuff was pretty weak sauce. I wonder if the dudes memoirs are any good?
Strangely, the Asylum knockoff, Abraham Lincoln vs Zombies is actually pretty wonderful.
Pretty sure 'jump the shark' came first, both as an event and a reference.
Actually, yeah. That is exactly what I was saying. Get to it!
Because it literally gets you high?
Man, the Charles Bradley cover of Sabbath is some good shit. https://www.youtube.com/wat…
