This heat with the humidity that California lacks is brutal. I recently moved back to NE from the LA area and I’d much rather have a dry 110 than a humid 97.

Or maybe showing the opening ceremonies at 8pm is the beginning of prime time. Although I think times have changed and the idea of “Prime Time” is outdated, and nothing beats live, but not everything is a conspiracy.

There was someone who tested this out on Facebook a while back (can’t find the link right now). Posted the same image on a pro-Israel page, and a pro-Palestinian page (I believe he changed the caption to reflect the different pages). Within minutes the pro-Israel picture was deleted by Facebook, while the

My unsolicited advice, Bobby: if you don’t care, don’t Carol

I’m...not. I’m saying it’s sports content I don’t mind watching.

Because I write for Jezebel and don’t know what sports are.

And in answer to your headline, yes, I’m afraid you will. It breaks my heart that a part of me is grateful that my son inherited his father’s light skin tone instead of my own.

Same here. I didn’t even realize the article itself had anything to do with what they were asking me not to click.

Also, an article of yours just ran with the title “I Now Pronounce These Two Allowed to Fuck” about Ciara and her fiancé...right after an article about a Black man dying in the street.

you are not the sane part of Israel, hes calling on Facebook to stop allowing people to incite murder of innocent people even children! the whole world should work for preventing people to incite violence against other people! it has nothing to do with left or right its just simple logic

Yeah and also these guys get paid money to play a kids’ game. They’re living the dream. I remember a time when Fergie Jenkins had to work as an auto mechanic during the off-season just to make ends meet. And the man is a goddamn hall of famer. Although he shouldn’t be since he only won 295 games. What’s up with that

How many films are there where the disabled person decides to live? How many films address the context (political, social, economic) of why someone might choose to die? Context matters here.

I just finished the book over the weekend. I totally understood where he was coming from and I think it’s likely many disabled people (as a result of an accident) do feel like life may not be worth living if it can’t be lived the way it was before. Why is it not okay for those people to be represented?

note: I haven’t seen the movie and I am not differently abled.
