A gas isn't a substance? That's news to me. Why am I wasting all my time breathing in and out if there's no substance going into my lungs, anyway?

Yes!

Best ever, in my opinion. Early Ferrari 308 euro.

@bradyb: Sidesticks! Sidesticks everywhere!

"GM Camaro preparation Syanhai Tyuugoku automatic impulse, the Chinese rocket next month. Kurifuchenmai 500 000 76 Ra, the 3.6-liter engine has been set to 295 military bases around the original model."

The Japanese affecting the global fishing industry? Well, that's unheard of!

6"? Naw, dude. It's a 4".

Don't feel bad, Detroit; that's still 50% more than my whole state.

Dinner Out's a go.

@Admiral_Awesome: I don't know about rebuilding, as manufacturers generally back away from dealing in even slightly damaged vehicles. Remember all the pristine Mazdas that got shredded because they were, uh, tilted a little bit? [www.caranddriver.com]

Nice to hear about a pilot who puts his passengers' lives first and does not worry about the extra stress he puts on ATC. In my opinion, forcing one's way into a landing before an actual fuel emergency occurs is what a real Pilot (with a capital P) does. It sounds simple, but there have been dozens of air disasters

@AMGkiller: Not that it's much of my business, but there's a pretty big difference between a new pilot and a new Transcontinental 767 Captain.

Here's a graphic with an alternate method for proper mirror adjustment. Once you try it this way, you'll never go back.

Hydroelectric power is green? I'm really not so sure about that. I would argue that dams are some of the most environmentally destructive power plants there are. Hint: those lakes weren't lakes before.

You're missing the point, dude. With $139,000 I could hop the next first class flight to Australia, check in to a five-star hotel, go out and buy a brand new black D110SW, drive it to the dock, return to the dealership in a chauffeured limo, buy another one (this time, I think I'll buy the never-imported-to-the-US
