I’m not going to post them here but a quick check of the Google machine brings up multiple pictures of Obama hung in effigy, some even burning. Somehow I doubt anyone on the right was all verklempt over Sasha and Malia seeing numerous images of their dad being murdered over the years.

Number one red flag for literally anybody I ever meet that I know immediately is a horrendous person to deal with, they make a super obvious mistake and then double down hard as FUCK on it, inventing an entire universe in which their mistake wasn’t a mistake just to avoid admitting to a pretty innocuous mistake.

But you run the risk in the right wing world of creating the illusion of a scandal. From what o can tell, comey didn’t want the “fake news” to be interpreted as real news so he attempted to follow protocol. But in doing so, it had the same effect.
