I like it and it’s a pretty cool car but waaaaaayy too much money for me. For a serious enthusiast I guess its worth it? I feel like this will take a long time to sell.

oh man the ‘market adjustment’ on a Bronco Raptor is going to be *insane*
It’s also worth noting that you can actually get a Sandero in EV form (Dacia Spring EV) - for pretty crazy cheap prices depending on the individual subsidy from the country - some are <10k euro although the range is barely any better than Mazda’s new crappy EV
Nah this is just EV. There’s talk of a Wankel rotary engine, to be installed as a range extender at some point in the future but at the pace of work at Mazda and with the current issues....I doubt we’ll ever see it.
This is a weird car for a bunch of reasons. I love that Mazda does things differently but they would’ve been FAR better off shoving this drivetrain in a CX5 and give us a CX5 PHEV - something that’s more practical and something the market actually wants (see the continued demand for RAV4 PRIME) - A CX5 with 50-75…
Just so we’re clear then....the main reason people actually bought a Mitsubishi is because there weren’t any other cars available?
uhm a boring old (and equally heavy) Highlander can be had with 300hp. It’s hardly something special. I know that a Tiguan GTI with 250hp to compete with the CX-5 Turbo would sell well if VW prices it right and would address the biggest issue I had with the current Tiguan - power.
Boats - no matter the size, are *always* a liability. Just strip it and sell anything and everything that is of value. Tow the thing out to somewhere where it can used for reef/diving and be done with it. However, this being a council decision I would bet good money on them going for the cheapest short term solution…
I get that the vast majority of people buying these dont particularly care about power etc but given that the X3 M40i and SQ5 sell pretty well given their obscene price points, I just wish VW would give us a budget hot hatch but slightly raised. Essentially WHY WON’T VW GIVE US THE GTI SUV’S THEY KNOW WE WANT!?
Lexus is the right call but personally I would go with an older LS, something like an LS600H - it’s not particularly efficient but my god is it comfy for eating highway miles. I would go for the previous generation as Lexus have made the newer ones slightly less comfy (comparatively) - you’ll get out feeling super…
Except the V90 has been ‘special order’ only for ages which means it was always more expensive because we all know special orders are nearly always more expensive than buying from existing inventory.
I am sick and tired of wagon’s dying in the US because manufacturers refuse to actually support them. Once again a great wagon is gone because in nearly every case it was cheaper to buy the SUV version than the wagon. Volvo made the V90 considerably more expensive and difficult to buy compared to an XC90. VW did the…
I think this makes sense, so often (moreso in Europe) the car buying public falls in love with a vehicle that most reviewers write off. See also the Nissan Juke which sold surprisingly well for what was a fairly compromised vehicle. Europe loves quirky cars and more importantly - they actually buy them! I’m glad some…
whaaaaaa an article about a VW bus with no pictures of the ‘concept’ EV VW Bus that VW has been trolling us with for TWO DECADES now!?
This is a terrible, terrible idea. For the taxpayers of Long Beach it’s even worse than terrible. If it needs $304m of repairs done and those are now to be undertaken by local government then expect that cost to easily double. Spending half a billion dollars on something that wasn’t even that nice to begin with, is in…
