The polygons are re-rendered for the Steam release. The 2d artwork is noticeably pixely, but everything does have a smoothing to it.

You don't use multiple saves? That's crazy... I think I must have over 40 save files racked up on the Steam version of Final Fantasy VII so far.

Check out those achievements. They seem to point out to a lot of side quests I never bothered myself with on the PSP version of the game. Maybe there was more to this title than I remember.
