I’ve never worn eye shadow or eyeliner before. For eye shadow, any basic colors/palettes I should start with? I have incredibly pale skin (if they sold foundations in ‘ghost white’ I would buy it) and dark brown eyes and hair. As for eyeliner, is there something easy that usually looks good…
