I agree wholeheartedly regarding the functionality of Control Center, but I feel obligated to point out Apple did not come up with it: it's been a prominent tweak—in the guise of SBSettings, perhaps the most popular jailbreak tweak of all—in the jailbreak community for literally years at this point.
