Maybe it’s just me, but I think this show is trying to be too cute for its own good. From the over-long close-up shots to the music choices that, for me, rob whatever scene that precedes them of their power. I’ll keep watching, but I wish they would chill out.

I think everyone has to realize that this TV series is made from a book( an excellent book) that just tells a smidgen of the story. That Luke and June did not think to escape Giliad long before there actual try...And then the book ends with an epilogue 200 years in the future. So they get to fill in the empty story

I hope next season we get some expansion beyond Boston. Honestly, I would also like to see at least one episode focusing more on how the Gilead folks were able to take over the entire damn country. I know they blew up Congress, but you mean to tell me every single military official, state government, National Guard
