This transplants Henry IV, Part 1, Henry IV, Part 2, and Henry V into the street hustler scene of early 90s Portland.

The film has them both speaking in Shakespearean verse throughout, for long portions to great and moving effect - which is why I mentioned it.
My Own Private Idaho is definitely my favorite Shakespeare play
It’s not like there weren’t times the mumbling didn’t pay off for Benicio, though.
No room in the garage for a vehicle.
Yeah, really good point. Drop with kindness and consideration.
A nice add in is powdered cheese. Mix it into the grits before adding to the liquid, it adds a nice flavor to the background.
Why is loving yourself such a bad thing? Studies have shown time and time and time again that shaming people about their weight doesn’t make them lose weight, that people who face discrimination at the doctor office stop going to the doctor which then exacerbates any health concerns they may have. And your quotes…
IKR? And, I like my clothes, woefully out of fashion as they are. I don’t want new ones. I’m down 5 lbs. Yay!
This is awesome information! I mean, the pandemic sucks, but learning what you’ve learned about your body is definitely a perk.
When I started exercising it was for health. At gyms etc, the trainers would ask “What is it you’re trying to achieve” and my answer was always “To not die of a heart attack in my 50's”.
I lost 90 pounds over the course of nearly 15 years (and consider regaining 7 this year relatively OK except for the clothes not fitting part.) It’s definitely a tough choice among Bjork albums. For me, Selmasongs has the strongest stylistic thread running through it and no clunkers as far as songs. But would not object to anyone picking... really any other Bjork album as their favorite.
The amount of change that happens in the face elongating that down going from 22-35 is really fascinating. I knew it was a thing, but seeing it happen to me is another world.
I love the name Enid Smeeden!
You are not kidding. I have been looking for a small home in a university town in NJ for the last several months. It’s almost impossible. If you want over 4 bedrooms and to spend over 500K, there are lots of options, but almost none for less than that, unless you want a condo.
I adore Bjork too, but whew, Lars Von Trier films are painful experiences. I can’t say I detest Dancer in the Dark, but I can’t bring myself to watch it again.
