Yep, very true. I work in health care and so many insurers are pulling back/out for 2018 citing instability and uncertainty. So even though the GOP can’t find its ass with two hands and a flashlight, they’re still managing to do some damage.

I work in STEM. My department has a very regimented pay scale, raises for each level are fixed and there is no opportunity for negotiation. I always thought this was great and straightforward, especially given the studies and work re women/negotiating for money.
