I liked the ending of Oculus. *Spoiler* My favorite horror movies end poorly for the protagonist (The Descent, In the Mouth of Madness to name a couple). It even left the possibility of a sequel.

I remember shaking my head at the "soft scores" they would give to terrible movies. I saw a chart recently where EW averaged a half grade higher than RT, IMDb, and media critic.
