Great News! - Puerto Rico is home to more than 4,000 radio amateurs and nine ARRL-affiliated clubs. You have received more than your wish of 0.1%.
The point of my OP was that the speed of the ships isn’t the delay in getting those folks what they need. The argument still stands.
Sea shipment being slow isn’t a good argument for Puerto Rico. I have goods shipped from China to the USA all the time - Shanghai to Los Angeles is 12 days - slow... but not that slow.
You are suggesting that everyone should get on the air with amature radio? What will people do with it the other 1,100 months of their lives? 99.9% of the time there is no need for amature radio.
Puerto Rico would have 7 electoral votes if they became a state, and that would be greater than about 20 other states currently in the USA.

I came here hoping for some side by side comparisons with the earlier versions as well. I have the M15, and was hoping to see if the quality jump is high enough to make the switch.
They might miss, and feed NK’s propaganda.
We waste ammo on non-threats, I think we have a very limited supply. Also, my personal guess: everyone finds out how ineffective the systems might be.
Yes, sort of. They (usually) only allow those with a dealers license to buy them. Most now sell them off to a dealer while still under the factory warranty.
I am surprised I was able to get a similar shot with nothing but my pixel XL and the same glasses... Needed a different camera app so I could manually adjust focus and other settings.
