@rsmith: "More like Google Translation" for those too lazy to translate
@koberko:
@tomsomething: 150M-DOC002
@pantsonfireliarliar: it is possible - they do it on youtube, check out their 3D channel and check out all the options.
I think the estimate is way off - they used a 5w C7 bulb - the big old school ones. I bet they use the small Christmas lights everyone else puts on trees now 0.5w per bulb (sting of 100 lights usually is 50watt) - HUGE savings right there takes it down to $8,000 a month.
@Gimmeslack: Scrapple
@Moonshadow Kati: How often do you use your caps lock key? - I would prefer a software caps lock - like hitting shift twice turns it on, and twice again for off.
@bookwench: Sounds like you are reinventing the central air/heat pump they use in middle climates of the US it works ok, but is an inefficient heater
@Lemcott87: @Goof_Troop: Actually They believe we are very close to the center of the known universe - close to where the big bang occured because by measuring light shift it would appear almost everything is moving away from us.
@AZTriGuy: So you think people should look forward at their monitors and mirrors for backing up? a camera that does not give the same field of veiw as the human eyes - and worse a distorted one? We should increase the cost of vehicles even more?
@Dabamasha: He is a teacher... at a university... the camera will be shut off to protect student privacy.
@luke.timothy: in 3GS "S" stood for speed according to apple, I don't think they will keep the S suffix in further launches unless its a specific complaint
@KyleW: I'm just impressed by your ability to "read" and hear the content of Gizmodo and be able to comment - I honestly fear blindness because I thought it would keep me from experiencing the internet (amongst other things).
@silkworm: they use reference points as explained in the video - the blind guy uses them too - he just feels, listens, or smells for them. Walls curbs, etc.
@Worf: But assuming its in an air tight vessel, perhaps it will just become fuzzy, like my ice cream.
@CaptMorgan74: me too! and I remember waiting 20min or more for one picture...
@Twanzio: The floppy actually holds 1.44 formatted, I remember how many times I modified files just to I could fit it on the disk, and that .04 mattered back then.
@MaksIsBack: I still have the 44 floppies from microsoft it took to install Office 97 on my laptop (no CD drive)
I guess if you want to get ridiculous we have the choice to charter a private airplane so we don't have to go through the TSA...
