Hmm, including plug-in hybrids with BEV seems super sketchy, as the operational lifestyle of a plug-in is way closer to a HEV than a BEV. Especially so after that study that said the majority of Volt owners never plugged it in! I had a Pacifica Hybrid minivan (which is a plug-in) I drove around rural Maine for a week…
