How are you an “innocent bystander” when you are happily at what is basically a Klan rally? It’s not like he was in line at Starbucks and somehow got hit. He was free, white, and 21. He FAFO. 

He was at what was basically a KKK rally. He got what he wanted, a violent death. He just thought it would be someone like me. Oopsie! 

And his wife wouldn’t take a call from Biden, because her husband wouldn’t have wanted her to say a single word to Biden.

Right.  I’m truly, TRULY, not trying to be a dick here. He didn’t deserve to die and that’s shitty.  But being killed when you didn’t deserve to be killed doesn’t automatically make you a hero and it doesn’t retroactively make you a good person.  I think we can say “that’s sad that he died like that” without lionizing…

I also have a hard time with him being a hero for allegedly shielding his children.  He brought them to a fucking hate rally! He put them in danger for fucks sake. 

I agree. I rolled my eyes a bit about all the “oh it’s too bad”, what a tragedy, etc. over the whole shooting.

Jon Stewart Isn’t Helping should be the name of his show

We need a movement to persuade Jon Stewart to step down. It’s clear he is no longer fit for the job. His memory is clearly failing him if he doesn’t remember  this:

Look, wanting everyone to have reasonable healthcare insurance and believing trans people don’t have the right to exist are just two different but equal things that people can believe, right?

Giving that asshole any time to talk on TV is a travesty.  I know Stewart isn’t a serious man but shit like this is the opposite of helping.
