When you're making a show that spends almost 2/5th of its time being a legal drama, especially when the legal parts involve some of the themes (vigilante justice, PTSD in soldiers, etc) then the least you can do is try and have it make sense. When you're trying to explore how our society and our law handles those

I miss Russell. And True American. And Nadia.

Matt hasn't really evolved, though. He faces the same conundrum, he falls back on the same theory, it's just a cycle. He's not facing any new moral dilemmas that he didn't in S1, and he has been making the same decisions on a cycle. Conflict, Regret, Guilt, Distance has been on a repeat for Matt. It's a superhero

You may or may not enjoy The Flash (I did like S1 much better), but I still think Daredevil is not that great. It has problems with really clunky exposition, the dark and gritty factor is straight up corny a lot of the times. You may not see a problem with The Hand, but that doesn't mean it isn't there. None of the

Oh, it's you again.

Meh. Daredevil's got great fighting scenes but tbh, it's the same old shit. Dark lighting, ~deep~ dialogue, etc etc. The actors are really good, so it's still incredibly enjoyable. The legal parts of S2 in Daredevil were just so laughably unrealistic, and they barely tied up anything in the end. And not to mention the

Yep, you got what I was trying to say. It's like, why is Jessa the only one even feeling guilty for starting a thing with Adam? And Adam's way of brushing it away is to constantly shit on her personality, despite the fact that he fucked it up.

I honestly felt a pang in my stomach reading "90% brown" Being able to see brown faces that are not your skyping family. No strangers asking you dumb questions every single day. And they're almost always the same dumb questions. I am so jealous.

I've known and continue to know so many women who are so filled with self doubt that they pretty much stay miserable. They're too afraid to say "Fuck it" because they don't want people to think they're failing at life. I never thought I'd feel grateful for being a perpetual disappointment since I was a kid, but it

I don't really care much about the Jessa/Adam thing much. I think a lot of people are talking about how Jessa is an asshole for doing this, which is true, but Adam is just as big a jerk. The way he kept saying, "You know Hannah would do the same if she was in your place" just rubbed me off the wrong way, even though I

Man, I loved Elektra so much this season. MOARRR

lol keep reaching

I'm not feeling Karen/Matt, y'all. Elektra/Daredevil on the other hand…holy smokes.
Foggy is the genial bro we all need, but do not deserve.
AND NINJAS NEXT EPISODE, WOOOOOO

And Apatow seriously needs to stop directing. He brings almost nothing to the table.

"Proud demo! Crat! College! Aquarius! I PEGGED!" made me laugh so hard. Also, the Zombie DMV bit absolutely killed me. The sheer maniacal joy on the woman's face as they called her number, and the zombies slowly surrounding her. I think the Hillary bit worked surprisingly well, and she wasn't wooden like she was on

Junior is the MVP of the show for me. Such a dork, so goddamn earnest. Bow and the twins are hella great too.

I loved that Cece and Winston's friendship got a few shoutouts in the episode, esp because they're often the most neglected characters in the show.
Jess : You know who you should call, right? *expecting her to call Schmidt*
Cece : YES. Definitely. Winston.
Jess : What? I’m gone for two months and all of a sudden

Jessica's random yet specific comparisons never fail to make me laugh.
Catfish - the garbagemen of the lake!
Flight Attendants - the homeless of the sky!
God, I love this show so much. Jessica is great, but I've really come to appreciate Randall Park as well this season. Louis is so sweet!

I agree with you. But I think we should also keep in mind that pretty much the only person who consistently, and mostly without judgement offers Jessa her support IS Hannah. Through her shitty marriage, rehab, blowbacks, etc etc. Not that this negates what you say, but just that it adds another layer to their dynamic.

Yep, I said this when he was first introduced. I feel like he's a combination of some of the worst parts of Adam, Desi and that guy, Ace, of the Jessa-Adam-Mimi-Rose fiasco. But without any of the transparent douchery. He's a subtle douche. His douchery is layered like an onion. He will keep getting worse.
